Frequently Asked Questions

How much is this gonna cost me?

We do estimates on an order-by-order basis, so shoot us an email or call the shop! There many variables, including garment type, quantity, design and number of print locations. Please give us as many details as you can and we’ll reply promptly with some options and pricing.

When will my order be ready?

Our standard turn-around time is 10-12 business days from order approval and payment, but we always try to beat that! We offer rush services and are flexible.

But I need my order faster than that! Like, by the end of the week, can you do that?

We can sure try! Let us know all the details and we’ll figure out if we can meet a tight deadline. There will be a rush fee which is a percentage of the order total based on how soon you need to pickup. We will always let you know beforehand and it will be noted on your invoice prior to payment. It also helps to reply to emails quickly in this type of situation.

I want apparel but I don't what brand, can you help me choose?

Absolutely! If you can tell us the type, then we can provide you with a quote with a range of prices and brands to choose from. A great place to start is by looking at items you already own and like to see what brand they are, and I bet we can get them. We also have some links to check out brands back on the home page.

I don’t have a design, can you make me one?

Heck yeah, we can! We have a group of rad designers that are ready to help you make something distinct. Email us to get the ball rollin’. Simple design may just be included in your setup, otherwise the cost is $35/hour.

I only need a couple of tees, is that okay?

You betcha! We don’t have minimum orders for apparel so, yes, we will print one shirt for you. Note that each design incurs a setup cost, wether you order 1 or 1000. This means it’s more cost effective to order more. Orders under 15 units have special pricing and criteria.

What else do you print on besides t-shirts?

So much, so very, very much! Here are a few examples: posters, tank tops, raglans, hooded, crewneck and sweatshirts, sweatpants, sports jerseys, track jackets, leggings, DEEP BREATH bandanas, koozies, patches, fancy invitations, onesies and infant clothing, tote bags, dog clothes, and yes, underwear. We even printed a big ol’ wooden sign one time. If it’s flat or made of fabric, we can probably print on it.

I need posters for an event, can you make these?

Of course! We love to print posters here. We print them by hand so each one is special. We even hand number the backs so your fans or clients will know theirs is one-of-a-kind.

Will it cost more if I want to do multiple colors or kinds of tees?

As long as you have the same print on each item, you can choose as many different colors as you’d like. You can also mix and match the type of garment: for example, half women’s v-necks and half unisex tees, with some hoodies sprinkled in. Each item will have its own unit price but it won’t cost any extra to mix up the types if the design stays the same.

When will I have to pay for my order?

We ask for 100% payment up front, but if other payment arrangements need to be made we can usually work something out!

What’s the best way to pay for my order?

We accept credit cards, cash, checks, and bank transfers. When you order with us we will send a payment link via email, so it's easy to pay for your order from your couch, or the toilet. :)

What type of file do I need to give you?

The best quality one you’ve got! We prefer a vector file. Otherwise, any other type with the largest sizing available and a minimum of 300DPI. A transparent background is a huge help. The better the file, the better print we can make.

What’s the largest my print size can be?

For standard apparel printing, the max size is 15 x 15 inches. Oversized printing can be 18x21 inches and will cost a little bit more. We will have to make sure the print will be able to fit on the smallest size garment in your order to avoid having to do two different setups.

For posters/paper printing: 18 x 24 inches is the largest size paper we usually print, with the design being 16x21 inches. We can print some designs larger than that in special cases. We encourage you to email us about your project because there’s always a possibility we can accommodate it!

Can I supply my own stuff for you to print on?

Yes, we can print items that you supply! There's a little more liability on your part. When we supply products we are usually able to replace misprinted items, but with client-supplied goods, any mess ups just get taken out of the order. Supply us with some extras if possible. Customer supplied items are taxable.

Can I stop by the shop to see samples or meet with you?

Sure thing! Email or call us to set up a meeting time. It helps to have some idea of what you’re looking for so we can prepare some samples for you.
